Summary
Relates to #160236
This PR updates the Kibana Cases documentation with information about how to use custom fields. It adds three new automated screenshots and cleans up the existing case screenshot automation so that they all have access to the same sample case.
NOTE: If this information is satisfactory, it will be added to the Observability and Security Cases documentation too: elastic/security-docs#4070, elastic/observability-docs#3293
